Of Fire and Water Seasons on St. CroixGallery invites you to our FIRST FRIDAY CELEBRATION!
Featuring Karen Sebesta (ceramic artist) and Nanci Yermakoff (painter) "of Fire and water" focuses on the natural elements used in the creation of the lovely, pit- fired pottery made by artist Karen Sebesta, and the rich, color washed paintings of Nanci Yermakoff. The labor intensive native traditions incorporated in Karen's work speak to the beauty and serenity of nature. Each piece is hand-built, sanded, polished and fired to perfection. Nanci uses layers of water color paints to achieve her natural scenes that are saturated in color and invite the viewers to immerse themselves in tranquil places. Both artists have spent years perfecting their mediums to achieve work that is gentle, pure and calming.
Join the artists to celebrate their work and to enjoy food, refreshments, music and artful conversation.

Visit adjacent studios
The Christensen/Reiling Clay Studio and the Maras Glass Studio are located in the same building as the gallery. The artists in both of these fully-functioning studios welcome visitors and enjoy sharing their craft with our guests. In addition, the Casanova Glass Studio is located across the street and enjoys interaction with guests as well. These opportunities definitely add to the overall "art experience" when visiting SEASONS on St. Croix Gallery.
